Omni Amelia Island Plantation is thrilled to host its first annual "Fish to Fork Culinary Academy." Join us from October 3 - 5, for a weekend of food, drink and personal interactions with our chefs. Friday evening, we'll kick off with a welcome cocktail reception & dinner at The Sprouting Project, our Executive Chef's very own greenhouse and garden. Then on Saturday, feast on our famous "Art of Breakfast" buffet at Sunrise Cafe before taking part in an interactive cooking class, followed by lunch on the Marsh View deck. We'll reconvene later that evening for a private tasting at the Rum + Tequila Experience before heading to a wine-paired dinner on the beach. Then on Sunday, we'll host yet another interactive cooking class before setting the table for a delicious and "inotxicating" Champagne brunch. Enjoy this 3 day, 2 night package (along with oceanfront accomodations) for $2,400 (Rate based on double occupancy).

Our Fish To Fork Culinary Academy was inspired by our recent Authentic Amelia press trip, where our Executive Chef was challenged to create inventive plates based on journalists fresh catches.
